Parveen Ashraf aka The Spice Queen is TV chef,  Indian cookery teacher and food writer. She is passionate about her culture as well as her style of cuisine. After years of teaching Indian cookery all around the U.K. and Europe, she realised her dream of becoming a TV chef.

 

Her ITV show aired from Jan 2019 to March in the U.K. and was subsequently shown in India,  France, Norway, Australia and Israel. Parveen's Indian Kitchen is currently being repeated on ITV Tuesday at 3am.

 

Parveen is a wife, mother of 3 adult children and a business woman. She started her on-line spice business in 2008. Parveen's spice boxes are still roasted and hand-packed  - sometimes her own hands!!
